The DivorceSavvySavesMoney software program is designed to be used with Microsoft Excel or a program with a capacity to convert the Excel worksheet to your software program.
NOTICE TO USERS:
CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. DOWNLOADING AND USING ANY OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE “SOFTWARE: ) CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED, DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
1. LICENSE GRANT. ADAMS-BORDEN SYSTEMS (ABS) and its suppliers grant to the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SOFTWARE for ONE DIVORCE. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted.
2. COPYRIGHT. The DSSM SOFTWARE and instructional files are protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of ABS or its suppliers, and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The financial forms in DSSM SOFTWARE are meant only to assist in the preparation of financial information for divorce. Responsibility for proper calculations, tax estimates and presentation of the resulting printed material is the Licensee’s . DSSM forms do not take the place of, nor make the decisions of, actuaries, accountants, attorneys, or the like professionals. ABS does not warrant that reports and tax computations prepared with the DSSM software will meet the requirements of any state or federal court, statute, or regulation.
In no event will ABS be liable for the direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the DSSM software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, ABS, is not responsible for any costs including, but not limited to, those incurred as a result of lost profits or revenues, loss of use of the DSSM software, loss of data, the cost of recovering such data, the cost of substitute software, claims of third parties or for other similar costs. In no case shall ABS liability exceed the amount of the fee hereunder. ABS will not be liable for any damage to hardware allegedly used by DSSM software, and will not be liable for damages arising out of any claim of copyright infringement.
ABS makes no warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, as to the DSSM software.
4. SEVERABILITY. In no event of invalidity of any provision of this license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this license.
5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and ABS which supersedes any prior agreement understanding, whether written or oral relating to the subject matter of this license.
